Shipping & Return Policy

When We Ship

Your new Dazzlin’ product will be shipped within approximately 1 week; however, large or complex orders may take a little longer.

Where and How We Ship

We ship anywhere within the continental United States and throughout the world via USPS Additional handling rates may apply for items shipped outside of the United States. We offer many options for shipping, and you will be able to pick an option that is most economical for you. Any shipping and handling rates will be applied at the time of sale, and you will be able to view your rate before checkout.

Returns

What may be returned

While our goal is for everyone to be immediately happy with their Dazzlin’ products, we understand that human error can delay this happiness. With a few exceptions, Dazzlin’ products are each handcrafted to your specifications. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for anything that is beyond our influence. We assure you that our product control is of very high standard, but in the event that human error on our part causes issue with your Dazzlin’ product, you may return it to us, and we will make every effort to gain your satisfaction.

To gain your satisfaction with your Dazzlin’ product, we will also be glad to help you with issues that are beyond our control. Please understand that any additional services for issues beyond our control will only be rendered by prior arrangement and at your cost. Measure twice!

How to make a return

You must notify us of any issues with your Dazzlin’ product immediately. Absolutely no returns will be considered after 7 days of receipt. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT OUR PRIOR APPROVAL. Please use the contact button to begin this dialogue.

Returns are solely the responsibility of the customer, though we may, at our discretion, reimburse the customer for return postage. This option will only be exercised if we determine that the issue with the product is entirely our fault. 

How you will be reimbursed

Our goal is for you to be happy with your Dazzlin’ product. We will make every effort to alter or repair your product to your satisfaction. We may occasionally offer store credit as an alternative; however, these occasions will be very rare and solely at our discretion. While we want all of our customers to be happy, we understand that some customers will not be satisfied. We call these people, “those who shop elsewhere.”
